I do get plenty of sleep---have had several heart issues over several years. I usually sleep 8-9 hours a night and nap periodically through the day. Maybe I should try to get 10 hours at night and not nap??

Well Cliff I already require 10 hours of sleep at night in order to function the next day! Fortunately I can set my schedule for appointments and such to work around that! But the Days I have to have an early procedure Ie Surgery…it is difficult for both of us! My Hubby worked a swing shift for a number of years and his circadian rhythm has never improved since!
