Gwen, the article says tea reduces chance of stroke by 20%. I’d like to believe that.

I like good coffee but rarely find coffee by the cup or in restaurants worthy. I grind and cold brew myself then mostly drink it hot. I always have dark roast Sumatra and medium roast Colombian on brew and ready in the fridge. Years ago I discovered flavored coffees were artificially flavored. Since then I’ve had vanilla, Irish cream, hazelnut and sometimes others at the ready. Not the sugary syrup but the full flavor concentrate. Takes 1 to 3 drops per cup, is always fresh and mixed to taste. Friends drop by instead of going to a coffee shop.

Hi Cliff, I drink a lot of Bolthouse Farms, Vanilla Chai made with Green Tea Extract. I need to check out a study on that. I mix it sometimes with the cold brewed unsweetened vanilla coffee. I love it, not too sweet for Me. 😊
