I have gotten used to half reg and half decaf most of the time, but occasionally I will have regular coffee, It doesn't seem to make my pulse too fast. My doctor didn't tell me not to have coffee, but I made the change on my own about 20 years ago. I get the creamer I like!!! Caramel Almond Creamer.🥰

I found Green Mountain French Vanilla coffee in decaf - I have been drinking it with a nut mix snack in the evenings while watching my British murder mysteries instead of my usual cup of tea. It keeps my sugar intake down because I drink sugar in my tea but just cream in my coffee. Every little bit helps.

I’m not a huge Coffee fan but I do drink one cup almost every morning because Hubby makes it!

Thanks, Cliff! I love my decaf. I use a Medium grind, (Kroger brand) and a Meleta coffee maker. This allows me to pour the water over the coffee, dripping it slowly into the cup. I use two generous scoops for each cup so it tastes really good. I started using this during Super Storm Sandy when I did not have any electricity and have never gone back to a coffee maker. If you will excuse me, I a going to enjoy my morning cuppa!
