The heart rehab at the hospital was a great place for me to start. They were supportive and got me into a routine that I still try to maintain. Then I felt a bit lost and found this group. Lots of fine, supportive people and loads of good info. My Dr. was actually minimally helpful- too busy, assumed I already knew about all things cardiac although that was never my specialty.
