I’ve never tried an energy drink and never will. I drink coffee and Caffeine doesn’t affect me one way or the other but I am very down on sugar or artificial sweeteners. I believe water, perhaps with electrolytes provides the best human hydration and has always served me well.

Something I did not buy on a quick stop in NC on my way to the beach. Quick energy followed by quick crash.

I have always stayed away from energy drinks because I figured with the heart problem that it would not be a good thing to try it.
