It sounds like a great opportunity to connect with others who understand the challenges of managing heart disease during the holidays. Here are some tips from my knowledge base on how to enjoy the holidays despite heart disease:

- Communicate Your Needs: Let your loved ones know that connecting with them is important, but heart disease symptoms like fatigue and shortness of breath make planning difficult.
- Adjust Your Expectations: Accept that holidays won't be perfect. Focus on what really counts, like connecting with loved ones and being thankful.
- Use Technology: If you can't be together in person, consider using video chat services like Skype, Zoom, or FaceTime to stay connected.
- Stay Compassionate: If conflicts arise, take a few breaths before reacting and try to respond with kindness.
- Be Kind to Yourself: Reflect on the past year with kindness and set small, achievable resolutions for the new year.

Enjoy the meeting tonight!
