I have to be careful with Ginger it interacts with Eliquis and can increase the risk of bleeding but I will talk to my doctor and see what he thinks. I tried the magnesium cream last night and the exercises and no cramps, Color me happy.

You are welcome y'all. I a trying this tonight because I hate getting woke up with those dam cramps. I am going to try and find some magnesium that I can rub in also. If you have any suggestions let me know!

Another way of dealing with leg cramps is to eat, or drink as much ginger as possible. It is sufficient in helping while fighting inflammation. My cramps are minimal these days.
