I just turned 80. I exercise in the morning at home and at the gym. Then I read, study, and watch news stations. The news and politics today can increase blood pressure and create anxiety. In the afternoon, I listen to classical music on Amazon Music and read a good book. My afternoon schedule, calms me, reduces my blood pressure, and eliminates any anxieties I am feeling. Listening to classical music elevates me to another level.
