What's The Difference Between A Private Question And A Post I Do Not Understand How To Use This App
@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member I am going to do my best to help you. First I want to share a link with you to some site resources that might help. It is called Navigating the Social Network. So start here https://myhealthteams.freshdesk.com/en/support/...
Questions like you asked are seen by everyone on the site and can be answered by anyone. There are no private questions to my knowledge. Both questions and posts can be found under the House Icon (home page of the Activity feed) Here you can select to ask a question or just make a post for example how you are doing or feeling today. Both Posts and questions can be seen on the activity feed (Under all Activitiy on the menu) The menu can be found under the = sign above and above. As you can see Questions have a blue-green banner and posts do not. Let me know if you have other questions and I will do my best to help.
I think it's kinda like Facebook, you can post a comment on someones post and all can see ..or.. you can send them a private message between you and that person. I'm not exactly sure how to send a private message, but if I figure it out, I'll let you know ๐
A private question or message is shared directly with another member and is only visible to you, the recipient, and the page owner. On the other hand, a post is public and can be seen by all members of the social network. For more guidance, visit url: https://myhealthteams.freshdesk.com/en/support/.... Show Full Answer
