Has Anyone Been Diagnosed With Cavernous Carotid Artery Atherosclerosis ? (I Was Just Told I Have The Above And I’ve Never Heard Of It)

I was also told I have a mildly enlarged heart
( not sure what that’s about either )
Man going to the doctors after 60 can be life altering . 😥

If anyone has experience with either of these can you share , what your regimen is like , what you take etc .
I’ve started a Bayer 81mg aspirin on my own . I take several other supplements too .

I don’t see my doc til next week ( I saw my results on MyChart)
