I was just diagnosed with OSA moderate level but am not obese. Struggling with the treatment and full mask not working for me, in fact it is causing more obstructive events then what I had been diagnosed with. So even though I have a deviated septum I am going to use the pillow type masks and hope for the best or go with the dental device and forgo the masks.
