@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member It is not reversible but it is manageable. As to exercise, you should check with your doctor but I exercise almost every day. Walking, riding my exercise bike, yoga, stretching and chair exercises are my exercises of choice. The more you can exercise the better you will feel. If you are new to exercise start slowly and don't do too much. Shoot for 3 days a week to start and build up to almost every day I usually take a rest day once a week but it depends on how much exercise you can do. I vary my exercise from day to day somedays I walk (short walks) and do yoga. On another day I will do some chair exercises and on other days I ride my exercise bike. I stretch almost every day, especially before doing any other exercises. Base it on how you are feeling. Some days you will have more energy, so listen to your body. Be sure to warm up and stretch a little bit every day it helps with flexibility and keeps you from getting injured. Good luck getting started once you do exercise you will feel much better.
