Hi everyone..I am ashamed to say I have picked up a few extra pounds and can't seem to get rid off it...yes I am not excercising. But do not eat alot. I tried even walking faster but then I am out breathe and so tired.. I am not happy about it...I still work and do alot of walking there. But when its time to go home I can't keep my eyes open. I have seen some research on injecting your own adult stem cells into damaged heart tissues. It is supposed to significantly improve function in patients with congestive heart failure. Anyone know any details on this treatment?
