Yes, all he said is my heart is getting worse...but he acted like it wasn't a problem so I felt the same until I looked at his report....this is a very good hospital so that was disappointing.

I feel much better with very little Rib cage pains.
Feels energetic. Maintain schedules of diet and medication.
Daily 35 min morning walk, meditation. Cardiac rehab workoutat home. BP and BSL very much under control.
Would like to start Gym with treadmill, stationary bike, strength trsining on machines with light weights. I monitor heart rate with chest band monitor.
