That’s a good tip. My heart dr said it wasn’t my heart but I don’t believe him.
I got Veozah from my GP and it actually help some. I still have sweaty nights but not EVERY night.

How does one total cholesterol go from 215 to 248 in just 3 weeks ?
My LDL rose which raised my total cholesterol by 30 points
from 12/21/23 =215
To 1/12/24 = 248
😩
I was thinking that
I never eat the way I ate on Xmas n New Years Eve
Hopefully in a few mths it’ll at least be back to 215 not great but better than these numbers
