I take Cardivol twice a day. Some days slightly better but I can feel when heart rate is high. Often when I first go to bed. Thank you.

Heart failure can be categorized into different stages, with minimal or early heart failure often referred to as Stage B. Here are some key points about Stage B heart failure:

- Stage B Heart Failure: This stage involves changes in heart function but without symptoms. Many people are unaware they are in this stage unless changes are discovered by a doctor.
- Ejection Fraction (EF): People in Stage B often have an EF below 40 percent. EF measures how much blood the heart pumps out with each heartbeat.
- Causes: Changes in the left ventricle, damage from conditions like myocarditis, exposure to toxic chemicals, medications, or a heart attack, and faulty valves can contribute to Stage B heart failure.

I am happy you are not having any pain I also take Cardivol and a .325 Asprin and diuretic. Feel good except for fatigue. It has ben a long winter here in Montana and I have not done my walking which I love Soon slowly we are seeing Spring and hope to get out and walk a little. I also do not have any ehart pain that is why I was so surprised to receive the heart failure diagnosis. but mine is stated as only minimal which I still am not sure what that means.
