I take a night time sleep aid (Diphenhydramine HCI 50 mg) plus two Gabapentin 400 mg (Neurontin), one hour apart, before bed - takes care of the problem!

I have tried all that everyone has mentioned. I was recommended and approved for medical marijuana. I have used the indica strain called relax and hurricane, both have helped tremendously. Now, I do take it my anxiety/depression medication and it helps me sleep a more deep and restful sleep. It has not interfere with any of my other medications. Nor, has it caused any adverse effects with my COPD, SLEEP APENA OR HEART DISEASE. If you live in a state where they have the medical I would see about getting it prescribed. I am going on 65 and had to laugh when my doctor recommend it but she was right. Natural herbal medicine has no chemicals, additives, or preservations. As my doctor and family tell me God created all the herbs, vegetables and meat to sustain our bodies and we should go back to including them in our daily lives. Sometimes the old ways can be the best way. 🙏 everyone seek more knowledge to help take care of ourselves. Be blessed on this rainy night and stay safe.
