Thank you. I had an angiogram,,,then nuclear scans to determine the blood flow. But the wait to hear anything produces a lot of anxiety. You really have to be your own advocate

It sounds like you're dealing with a significant blockage in your left circumflex artery and have a dual lead pacemaker. Here are some potential treatment options based on your situation:

1. Angioplasty:
- A procedure to open blocked arteries.
- A catheter with a balloon is inserted into the artery and inflated to stretch it out.
- A stent may be placed to keep the artery open.

2. Coronary Bypass Surgery:
- Restores blood flow by bypassing the blocked section.
- Involves grafting vessels from other parts of the body to the heart.

3. Medication:
- Beta-blockers and antiarrhythmic drugs can help manage symptoms and improve heart function.

4. Consultation:
- Discuss with your cardiologist to ensure your pacemaker settings are optimized and to explore the best treatment options for your blockage.

Always consult with your healthcare provider to determine the most appropriate treatment for your specific condition.
