I have difficulty getting to sleep often & occasionally have insomnia. I've been told it's because with heart disease being tired/exhausted is 24/7 but it's not the right kind of tiredness from doing daily activities that helps you fall asleep. I try not to doze during the day & am presently trying to get on a schedule for bedtime & waking in morning
