But it is not recommended if you are on a blood thinner. . Vitamin k is a natural blood thinner and is stored in the fat. You need to check with your Dr. If you are on a thinner. Vit D3 is great to take with calcium for bone health.

Hi , I have done a good bit of research and what I found was vitamin k2-mk4 along with omega d3 is supposed to actually reduce calcium by 30 percent in 3 months. Also beet root is really good for circulation, my last stress test I had a suspected blockage at the bottom of my heart, not bad enough for a stent yet, but I was having a little issue of getting out of breath easier than usual, I've been taking the above vitamins for about 3 months, I don't seem to get out of breath as easy,and have more energy..give it a try
