How Many BPM Should Your Heart Rate Raise For Exercise To Be Effective? Since My EF Went Up A Little It Is Harder To Get It Raised.
My Ejection fraction went from a 29 to a 40 and now it is more difficult to get my BPM up to where I used to. My pacemaker is set at 70. What should my exercise rate be? It is not what it used to be. Should I exercise for a longer period of time or raise the level of difficulty of the exercise?
