It is good to know we are not alone and I agree, there is no gain to giving up but there is no shame in admitting that you are struggling. That is the first step to getting help. 🤗

Wendi, I am so sorry this happened to you. I totally understand why you had a meltdown. Between the worry about your heart and the worry over your husband and being afraid you don't know how and won't be able to take care of him that is a major load of stress, my friend. Just give yourself some grace and just do the best that you can. I am glad that PT arrived and so now you understand how transferring works. That should help a little. Can someone come and stay with hubby for a while so you can get away and get some time for yourself to rest? If not then you need to find a way to at least go for a walk by yourself I am glad you reached out here. Please continue to do so. We are here for you. Hugs🤗

Yes I have mentioned it to her. She is awesome. She Saud the same . So I am going to get a new Dr . I hate change but it's in my best interest .
