I've known about it for the last 10+ years. All I can say is it's a cancer that you worry about it or except it and live for the moment. Depression is real and will kill you faster than CHF.

i had a pacemaker installed on jul 28,. not sure how this happened to me. i am getting used to it . i do daily walking and some jogging and adding more strength work (pushups and resistance bands and hopefully some weight lifting in the near future.

I have had it since 2008 (I think) and have never given it another thought until recently. Have had shortness of breath when doing very little, had some palpitations, and unbelievable fatigue Chat anytime

I have had CHF since the early 2000's I just got over another spell of it to. It is not nearly as bad as it was when it first started.
