I have not got there yet with those socks but I am sure that it helps. I have been standing onmy feet cooking and my ;left foot will swell and I have to go and sit down until it goes down.

Praying it helps . At least a 15/20 compression stocking make sure he has your ankle and calf and length for a proper fit . Don’t roll them makes it harder to get in . Pull on go back and pull again till your foot is in than it’s easy . Hope it all works and you feel better . I wear a 20/30 below the knee .

Oh yes- I had a reaction to statins and sprained a tendon and now pain over and over. Last time to the ortho Dr said the cartilage was worn and gave a cortisone shot which helped for a day. I start PT next week. It helped a little last time. Unfortunately I can't take NSAIDs with the heart meds. Compression braces and stockings don't help me, I think the swelling is displacing the kneecap.

Unless a stocking states a compression it’s not a compression . There are only 4 companies the USA monitors for true compression. Jobst / Juzo /Medi / Sigvaris all the rest say there compression but not . I taught compression with Medicare and other Insurance Co . There just socks . Hope that helps .
