I Have A Pacemaker And Some Days Like Today It Kicks In To Keep It At 60 And It Happens A Long Time. Afib 49% Of Time. Normal???

I have what is called a "smart" pacemaker/defibrillator. It detects when my body is more active and raises my rate according to my activities. But do check with your doctor
