Just a year ago at 58, experienced heart attack. Dead apex, enlarged heart, of course a stent, still have two 50% blocks, a-fib on top of that, growing aneurysm, list goes on. A year later I'm only about 45% of what I used to. Dealing with stubborn high blood pressure. Oh but the primary care physician thinks I just need to step up to plate, and push myself.

I agree with Robert, Try and start exercising. The best is walking. Start slow and build up. Even if you are walking inside your house or the grocery store or Walmart! It is winter afterall. Hugs🤗

Exercise as much as possible. I am 79 years old and have heart disease. I walk 90 minutes around town 6 or 7 days a week. You need to move.

I had 4 stents put in 8/22 and another 7/23. In between I had TAVR in October 2022. In the hospital Tuesday and released on Wednesday for the TAVR.
