My grandfather ate a similar diet. He lived to almost 90.

Also cooking is not my pleasure but I like to eat and do simple but healthy meals. Yogurt and oatmeal both very healthy but if you can add some frozen or even canned vegetables to the menu you would be doing good. Very simple to cook frozen vegetables and they are often more nutritious than fresh. Just pour in a micro safe covered bowl, add water and micro so you see it boiling for 3 minutes and see steam coming out.
