My EF is 32, better than before. No shortness of breath and no chest pain. Trying to exercise a little more each week. This was me two weeks ago training new Firefighters in a live fire exercise. Haven't done real Fire training in a year. 14 new firefighters trained to handle live fire conditions. They did great!
