Sounds like the provider needs to give you more information on this. I'm afraid I don't have any ideas. Maybe post it as a question to the group.

My provider said I had gluten in my blood; their antibodies are too high which points to gluten .I find it hard to believe because I have been so careful not eat anything with gluten in me. Or I can die.
