Glad their milligrams. Sometimes I also start with a small portion but who am I kidding, most times I end up going back for more too (LOL)! . Wishing you a wonderful Easter too.

Yes, to my understanding nuts are healthy. They help to raise the HDL cholesterol which is the good cholesterol. High HDL is good but high LDL is not. Having a lower LDL is better. Advantageous to have a high ratio of HDL to LDL. A handful of nuts sounds to be in moderate just beware of the salt. Best to get unsalted nuts. The extra salt is not good. Also look for dry roasted or healthy oils. Sometimes the oils used are not healthy ones. Look on the ingredients to get the particulars of the nuts you are eating. Any further questions regarding the specific nuts you are eating please post. Glad to make certain you are eating the healthiest of healthy nuts.

It is 80 milligrams. Thank you so much. The brand is generic. But some name brands had a higher amount of sodium. Thank you again for writing back. I am not a salt person, but sometimes I eat a cup full. I have to hide them. You have a wonderful Easter 🐇. Be well. 😊🤗
