Linda 200…..i also enjoy a Healthy summer slushy I make. 1 Banana, ( Break up in large peices ) 1 - 8 oz container of flavored Light Greek yougert, about 3-4 oz of 1% milk & a variety of frozen fruit & 1 pk of sweetner. Blend in blender until until all ingredients are blended……switching blender from on to off in short cycles. End result…….a nice healthy fruit slushy that is very refreshing ❤️

HiRegina…I love throwing frozen fruit together with the other goodies. By useing frozen fruit…..you won’t ice 😀
