How Are You All Doing? How Much Is Your Ejection Fraction (EF)currently?
At my last cardiology appointment I had made it up to an EF of 55 which took me out of the CHF range. Not sure what I did right but I’m giving God the credit!!!
30-35% which decreased from 45%, Ironically, the lower it goes, the better I feel.
During my childhood. I didn't take medicines properly so I was feeling good but less ejection fraction. Now I'm taking the medicines properly but not feeling good comparatively
