I have CHF too and the best way for me is to pace myself. I can do all that I did before it just takes me longer. I don't have to be hurrying all the time either. I do feel better now than I did when first diagnosed and I'm not so scared. We can do this, we just have to find new ways of doing things. We're here for you.

Hi Kay, welcome back! There are a lot of us on here who have CHF and we all seem to cope in our own way. I just posted a video this morning that you might like it is about women and heart failure, Have a look if you have a moment. We all feel the same, tired and we do the best we can. Lots of life left in most of us! Hugs🤗

me too! Its kinda scary. But my uncle made it to 80 and then one day it just quietly stopped while on the sofa with my aunt watching tv. His head dropped and that was it. A beautiful way to go. So thats my benchmark. Over 80 (Im 65), and uneventful. I dont want to freak out my daughters.
