@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member I took a look, but many stores have beet combo juices. I found Lakewood brand sold at Publix or Sprouts it has beet and lemon juice (both organic) However, the sodium content is 190 Mg per 8 oz serving. I also found beetroot powder on Amazon ( I am sure Vitamin stores have it too). You mix it with water to drink. It has 3 mg of sodium/serving. You can also mix it into recipes...It is made from 100% ground-up beets the brand is BetterAlt Beet Root Powder. I hope this helps. There are other brands too so do a little research because again, a lot of them have different additives and amounts of sodium.
Where does one buy beetroot juice? I for one don’t have the energy or time to make it at home!
