It can't hurt as long as the doctor agrees. Start slow and don't push yourself and see if you can take some magnesium that helps me keep my PACs under control. It only helps if you are low on magnesium before you do anything be sure and talk to the doctor. Hugs and congratulations on quitting smoking! 🤗
