I take CoQ10 ubiquinol. It's 800mg. The reason I started is some of the medication I take depletes what my body makes. I'm assuming it's benefiting me, not sure how one could tell, but I've never noticed any adverse side affects. I'm always told ask you doctor before taking supplements to make sure they don't interfere with your meds. I personally don't always follow that .. but I'm a rebel..lol. I hope you find it works for you 😊

I started taking Coq10, 120mg way before I was diagnosed of heart failure on 2008. My EF was 16% , doctors were amazed I was functioning with low EF.
I was also diagnosed with afib.
I believe that with God's grace, and Coq10 had sustained me all these 16 years.
I highly recommend Coq10 for heart health issues.

side effects. I take 100 mg daily.

I also take it, but took it before heart issues. I found I felt better. I take the same as the others mentioned, Ubiquinol.
