I have AFIB. When I went into an AFIB episode it was horrible. It wasn't shortness of breath, I couldn't breath in or out. OMG. Thank goodness I had a CPAP machine to blow air into my lungs. I ended up getting an A node ablation . Which was a failed ablation. I had to get the ablation redone. After I was sent home from the hospital, I had difficulty breathing. I couldn't sit up or walk. I couldn't get up off the couch.. So I just layed on the couch with the CPAP machine blowing air in my mouth and nose.
After several trips to the ER and being sent home in the same condition and told it was COPD, there was 1 doctor there who discovered blood clots in my lungs. I couldn't take blood thinners at the time due to a brain bleed from a stroke. I was put on aspirin 325mg once a day. After several months had passed, the blood clots were gone. I still had issues breathing. If I stood up out of my chair, I had to puff on my inhaler to breathe. I had to use an inhaler to do anything. Used it over 32 times a day.
So I ended up seeing a different Cardiologist. When I told him my symptoms he had a good idea what was causing my breathing issues. The Cardiologist had me do a stress test, get an Echo Cardiogram, and an EKG.
I have been diagnosed with Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. I am now taking CAMZYOS 2.5 mg. It seems to helping me.

Great video. I like him and his premise. But as usual, I'm left with more questions than answers. I shouldn't have had AFIB and may follow up with him. I want to avoid future incidents.

Sleep Apnea? I remember when "sleep labs" became the rage. Diets? South Beach, Paleo, Atkins, raw food, macrobiotic, volumetrics, Keto. There are many, many more. Genetics, surgeries, pharmaceuticals, infections? I had 2 X daily PICC infusions to my heart to address a Staph infection for over 63 days in 2018 that I contracted in the hospital AND spent 15 days in a coma after a motorcycle accident in 1975, I survived, the bike didn't? Sneezing interrupts your heart rhythm. as can everything mentioned before! Now stress avoidance, reduction, elimination is the prescription for heart health? The medical/industrial complex, false billing, double billing and fraudulent billing is what will kill me? OH, and sneezing?

Excellent presentation! I’ve been living with atrial fib the past 30 plus years. Mine stems from hx of Rheumatic Fever & valvular disease. Initially well controlled by medication, later added cpap for sleep apnea and dietary changes& weight loss combined by increased exercise. Your article was right on, wish I had this info years ago! Thank you!
