When Should A Doctor Tell You The Blood Test Results If It Showed High Potassium Levels?

I went to my GP one month after he got this blood test, and he told me to go to the kidney doctor. I reminded him that I have heart failure also, he never said anything about my heart. He listened to my heart and lungs and never said anything was wrong. When I go to the hospital ER all the nurses qnt to hear all the mumers. Time for a new doctor..... I've changed once because of poorly handled issues and would do it again if the need arises... We HAVE to be our best advocate these days cause caring is hard to find
