It is really NOT that difficult to keep Salt intake under 5 grams especially when you’re using fresh foods and vegetables lots of vegetables and fruits and using the NoSalt potassium based product that they recommend in the article! Point of Fact my Dr. has lowered my Carvedilol by 2/3 since I changed the way I was eating!

And I have the opposite issue. I have heart disease, have had a heart attack and triple bypass, 15 years later I was hospitalized with dangerously low sodium? I now have to take 4 grams of sodium and day to keep my sodium level at the bottom side of normal level.??
