I forgot to mention that some days I just can’t (go) if you get my drift but my Dr.prescribed a prescription Movantik that has helped greatly! I no longer feel as if I am (Full of It)! 🤩👍

I have been on Zepbound since the beginning of August and as of yesterday I have gotten down from 239 to 201.2 lbs! I’m loving how this just totally takes the thoughts of food out of my head! The only problem that I have had is with some light headedness and a mouth that tastes like sandpaper on the day I get my shot! Hallelujah I am halfway to my goal!

My insurance won’t cover it but my Sweet Daughter knows that for me it is a matter of life and death…I guess that means she still needs me!

Janine. I'm going to try Zepbound. I have Ozempic but the side effects are horrible for me. What a wonderful feeling being down 38 lbs. Continued good luck.

My doc prescribed generic miralax, however yogurt with prebiotic works for me. Have a good week.
