Your dry cough and sleep issues could be related to your AFib medications or supplements. Some heart medications, like ACE inhibitors or antiarrhythmics, can cause a dry cough or sleep disturbances. It's crucial to discuss this with your doctor before making any changes. Over-the-counter sleep aids or supplements might interfere with your AFib medications, so avoid self-medicating. For better sleep, consider limiting caffeine and alcohol, and consult a sleep specialist if needed. For your cough, your doctor may adjust your medication or explore other causes. Always prioritize open communication with your healthcare provider.
