Pamela, It is the deviation of the QRS waves in the EKG. it is probably because you have other heart issues. It is not a dangerous finding but might indicate other heart problems like right side heart strain, lung issues, right bundle branch block...If you are concerned, this is a question for the doctor. They can tell you why in your specific case this is showing up.
