What do I think now? I went to my Family doctor for increase symptoms of Congestive Heart Failure today. Hard to breath with and without exertion, swelling. Some weight gain. I've read that it gets worse with age and a life expectancy of 5 years or less. I'm 69 years old and it bothers me all the time that I was diagnosed with this debilitating condition. I never drank or smoked. I over the years had hypertension issues. Also I consider myself being healthy before my diagnosis because I worked out every day. I thought the heaviness on my chest was due to me having allergies. Looking for someone to give me some invite on my condition.
