While all the recipes may not be to your liking, and the article focuses on gut health as well (we learned on Monday how the gut and the heart are tied together). I think there might be one or two worth considering. The advice they give on Foods to focus on is worth a look. Remember if you are on a low salt diet and most of us are leave out the salt or at least reduce it by 1/2 or more.

I Had Stent Put In And Still Have Shortness Of Breath At Times. It Seems To Happen In Evening As Opposed To Morning. Any Experience Same?
