Doing cardio rehab exercises and 30 min walk on alternate days. Can i do plank for one minute?

I just seen a note in my discharge in Tufts chart . About having to see neurogist. No one has said a word about it. Also can't understand half of what it says. Wasn't explained to me at all. They stressed being extremely careful about bleeding due to Eliquis drug they prescribed.

I had a pacemaker placed within my body back on July 26, 2023. I have noticed my patience are less than before. I do get irritated on occasion easier than before.... Any thoughts on this?

When I quit taking a statin--I feel back to normal. I have minimal artery plaque. I was wondering/reading/researching if there is any other medication I should be taking?. Thanks for the knowledge.

I am 71 year old female in good shape.

I had aortic valve replacement surgery 3 weeks ago and all of sudden I have heart flutters. At first they were running my heart rate high now they are running low in the 40s and back up to 70. Just really seems so strange because I can't get comfortable. Has anyone experienced something similar. They also changes my metropol heart rate meds to 25mg x3 instead of 25mg x2 a day.
