I also take 5 mg of Melatonin at Bedtime! One gets me to sleep and the other Keeps me asleep!

Have you tried 100 mg of Trazadone at bedtime? Works like a charm for me!

Thank you both.. My Cardiologist kept telling me I needed one, I kept putting him off .. When I did get it.. I couldn't believe how much better I felt/feel.. Don't know why I waited so long... (I'm still scared when it fires).
As for the insomnia, I just figure I'm stuck with it..
