My body at times craves meat....I oblige...no muscle. Without some meat I think 😊

Just did research on this subject and found soybeans the highest protein, however not all usable for humans. The second highest is hemp seeds and I bought them from Walmart. They have a nutty taste and supply all the Omega 3 6, B6-B12.Do yourself a favor and research this. Very good for you and has nothing to do with marijuana.
