Left Chest Pain, Should I Be Concerned ..

Getting a little concerned because any chest pain ( especially as we get older is concerning )
So mild to moderate over the course of the day, I get this slight jolt of pain in my chest , I’d say maybe the last few weeks

It’s of some concern , even thoughmy BP is pretty much normal 130ish . ( this am 120/70)
HR ( I have a Fitbit ) stays in the 60/70 range spiked up to 174 yesterday during a brisk walk .

Also I have a 1st degree AV block

My symptoms of pn in my left flank radiating frm under my rib cage always began when my pulse rate increased over ...let's say 88-94 bpm...I noted when I went for my daily walk. Later my doctor would diagnose it as unstable angina....I wasn't happy....

After I had a d & c I had chest pain in hospital and they admitted me and did a heart catherization next morning. I now on a statin to prevent strokes and heart attacks.

Eat right Mary. ,remember low fat low salt low suger...that's what was messing me up.....as for the heart rate the MD. Suggested increasing my metropolol ..it was a considerable idea which became unnecessary after the by pass which had become the inevitable πŸ˜‘

My doctor told me I had to bring cholesterol dwn ..so I did with statins and what is called a mederteranian diet frm..237 to 91 overall in a month..it wks .... only if you work it ...and you lose errata pounds at the same time..... good luck....rob

I had a pap at my wellness appt 2 weeks ago and a hepatitis and CBC ,comprehensive and lipid test
I go for a Mamogram ( for the chest pain ) an ultrasound , fitt test and dexiscan on the 11th I hope I get some answers

Oh and follow up for the NET this Friday πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌ
