Okay everyone… you are only kidding yourselves…. NO CAFFEINE, NO is a sentence… remember you may think you are okay, but trust me, one day… BINGO! You will be in AFib… I have cut out all caffeine, soda…. Do not miss either… I drink decaf coffee or tea… in lieu of soda… drink juices… there are so many that are sugar free, and filled with electrolytes…. A healthy heart is a happy heart… try it!!! You just might like it…. All the best to all you cheaters 😂

@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member,
You are aware that this is a heart patient chat area. For most a caffeine pill is not allowed and the victoza has 23 side effects that any one of which none of our cardiologists would allow us to take. Take care my friend.

LauroCruz, all those things you mentioned are likely triggers for Afib. Many of us here have Afib.
Good for you if they don't affect your heart.

When I got the diagnosis of AFIB I stop drinking pepsi. Trying to make lifestyle changes.

I drink coffee every morning, two cups... And juice with breakfast. I have no problems with caffeine.
