Kevin. I have Aflutter and I also have PACs and PVCs. After a cardioversion, your heart is trying to stabilize and these premature beats will happen to lots of us. They are nothing to worry about but they are a real pain to deal with. Lots of times they ar a signal that your body is low on magnesium so taking a supplement or getting more magnesium in your diet might help. It sure won't hurt you If you want to try a supplement (I take them daily to control mine) Magnesium glycinate or magnesium taurate are better options for heart palpitations and they won't upset your stomach. Give it a try. I use Kleen brand and Thorne also makes a really good one. Both of these brands are 3 party-tested for purity. but get what you can. I get mine on Amazon. You can also grab a handful of nuts or eat more greens. It's totally up to you. Check with your doctor first to make sure they are on board with you taking a supplement. Good luck! Hugs🍀
